Valencia snap up Ghanaian Erixon Danso
Spanish giants Valencia have signed a two-year deal with Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Erixon Danso
The former Ajax Amsterdam youngster, 22, joins the Mestalla club as a free agent after seeing out his three-year-contract with FC Utrecht in 2011.
Danso, born in Holland to Ghanaian parents made 16 top flight appearances for Utrecht and scored thrice.
He will play with the Valencia team B though he has been included in the club’s first team for the pre-season training.
Segunda side Elche FC failed to reach an agreement with him after impressing on trials last year.
