We don't do 'fussy', we simply let the combinations, cooking methods and seasons flavours present themselves within traditional favourites and modern dishes. We also have a menu for the little ones.

The velvet lounge bar and the pool side bars offer a variety of light meals and carefully chosen drinks including wines, spirits and cocktails made with the finest and freshest ingredients.
