About CXP

Founded in 2020 as a community on LinkedIn, the Customer Experience Professionals Ghana Association is the premier non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession in Ghana. The CX Industry in Ghana had reached the point where it requires a unified, informed, collective voice to guide its evolution.

In April 2021, the CXP Ghana was registered as an association in Ghana with the mandate to help customer experience professionals make customer experience management an integral part of how their companies operate, and to enable them to embed its skill set across their organizations.

The customer agenda is the most exciting initiative on the strategic change agenda. While there are many companies (Amazon, Disney, Apple etc.) and countries (Dubai, Singapore) who have made good progress internationally, we are just touching the surface of what can be achieved here in Ghana.

Customer Experience Professionals Ghana is a professional association and governing body created to represent Customer Experience professionals in Ghana. The association launched on 8th October 2021, at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
