Most people tender to confuse a hotel with a motel or even a Brothel.
However they offer very close services and this makes it difficult to differentiate hotels, motels, inns, resorts and brothels.
What are their differences?
1. Motel
It is a roadside hotel designed primarily for motorists, typically having the rooms arranged in low blocks with parking directly outside.
Most motels offer single-room accommodation only and lack cooking facilities.
2. Inn
It is a small, usually family-owned hotel. Inns are typically located in historic or picturesque areas, and they often have a more personal feel than larger hotels.
Many people choose to stay in an inn because they enjoy the intimate atmosphere and the opportunity to meet other guests.
3. Resort
A resort is more like a self-contained development that can be a destination in its own right. Most travel needs such as dining, and entertainment.
4. Brothel
A brothel is a place where people may come to engage with prostitutes.
Technically, any place where prostitution commonly takes place is a brothel, but in places where prostitution or the operation of brothels is illegal, establishments may attempt to disguise their involvement in prostitution by referring to the business as a massage parlour, a bar or a strip club.
5. Hotel
It is an establishment that provides lodging and usually meals, entertainment, and various personal service for the clients.
