I slept on the floor while my husband slept on our matrimonial bed with another woman - Lady reveals

A lady identified as Beatrice from Mombasa Painfully narrated how her husband threw her out of their matrimonial bed and forced her to sleep on the floor while her husband slept on the bed with another woman.

She was born and brought up in western Kenya. After completing her primary education, she didn't manage to join high school due to a lack of school fees after her husband fell sick.

She was employed as a house help in Mombasa where she worked for 2 years. A man approached her and asked for her hand in marriage which she agreed. The man paid for her dowry and they started their own family.

They sired two children together and later realized that her husband had started to change whereby he could go for days without returning home. He never wanted her to ask him any questions.

One day, he returned home in the company of a pregnant woman and a 1-year-old child. He ordered her to serve them food and when it was time to sleep, he asked her to sleep on the floor with her children since they were living in a single room.

Her husband and the woman slept on their matrimonial bed and could hear anything that was happening on that bed. Since she had no money to go back home or rent a house she endured all that.

After one month, her husband gave her bus fare and told her to go back to her parents home claiming that he would go and pick them up when he would need them. That was how she became a single mother and raises her children alone.
