Kotoko Won't Survive In Samreboi - Samartex Goalie Lawrence Ansah

Samartex FC safest pair of hand, Lawrence Ansah has admitted they're coming up against a big club in Kotoko but is very optimistic of a win if only they prepare adequately for the game.

The Timber giants gave away a goal lead to succumb to a painful 2-1 loss to the Porcupine Warriors in the first leg in Kumasi and will look to win to redeem themselves this time around.

Speaking to Citi FM in an interview, the enterprising goalie knows they have a huge task ahead but knows if they are to pay heed to their coaches instructions and work extra harder they will pick a win in the game.

“We are going to play good football against the Asante Kotoko, arguably one of the biggest clubs in Ghana,” Ansah told Citi Sports

“If we get a good preparation, I am pretty confident Kotoko will not survive in Samreboi.”

They have just two wins in their last five matches and are currently sitting 9th on the league table with 30 points.
