Meet the woman who slept with a judge to have her husband released from prison

A Ugandan woman's confession that she slept with a judge to secure her husband's release from prison has generated heated discussion online.

As far as we can tell, the unnamed wife is correct in her assertion that her husband was facing a minimum of 30 years in prison.

The judge allegedly asked for a sexual favour in exchange for letting him go free.

She says she initially declined, but then she caved and offered to appear before the judge.

The toughest part was when her spouse was freed and questioned how she had done it. And now he wants a divorce, despite her claims of having revealed the truth.

Kenneth: " You cannot have your cake and eat it! " The moment you decided to give yourself to the judge, that was the moment you chose to sacrifice your marriage for the man's s freedom. It was your personal decision. You never consulted him before taking that decision. So he is not bound to accept you. and you were not bound to tell him too. By telling him, you were ready for the consequences.

Mr Logic: The man has to be grateful to his wife. Although I do not support the woman's action, not every woman can do this to save their marriage. Since he knows he will be facing jail time because of the crime he committed and he has been granted bail, he should thank God for his wife.

Nazi: What a foolish husband. She did it out of love, and she was even honest to tell you the truth. Instead of rewarding her, would you rather file for divorce? She should have allowed him to rot in jail. Do you think 30 years in jail is easy? Foolish husband once again.
