A good night's sleep isn't usually hampered by something serious, but rather something readily remedied. Just chill out and take in this article as you pick up some new knowledge.

Tell me about the nighttime challenges you're encountering.

If you're having trouble falling asleep at night, it could be because you overstimulated your brain with activities like watching TV, playing video games, or working out just before bed. Problems falling asleep have been linked to using a phone or computer for long periods right before bed. The reason for this is that blue light suppresses the creation of melatonin and serotonin, two hormones essential to getting a good night's rest.

According to healthline Age: a person may not be able to fall asleep as quickly or easily as they formerly did because of the normal physiological changes that occur as a person ages. Some of the many physical changes that occur with getting older can disrupt your normal sleeping pattern. If this is indeed the case, it seems like there is very little that can be done to change the situation.

Third, if you have trouble falling asleep at night, you may be sleeping too much during the day. This is because your body may feel less of a need to sleep at night if you nap during the day. If this seems familiar, try keeping yourself busy at night; when your body is ready for sleep, it will send you signals through your nervous system.

Some people have trouble falling or staying asleep because of stress. Too much pressure at work or at home can disrupt your sleep schedule.
