According to Healthline, nipples are located in the uppermost part of a woman's breast and are linked to the mammary glands that produce milk. Feeding a baby is done through the nipple.

Here are 9 things that you need to know about a woman's nipple according to Healthline.

1. There are 4 -8 type of nipple
Nipples can be round, pointed, flat, inverted, numerous, or divided.

One of a woman's breasts can protrude, creating a nipple, while the other is inverted.

2. Having an inverted nipple is normal

As opposed to sticking out, an inverted nipple is intended to be inserted into the inside.
