Maiden White Coat Ceremony - Central University School of Pharmacy

Organised by the School of Pharmacy, Central University-Ghana, the first batch of students who enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy department would be having their white coat ceremony after spending 4years in the school pursuing their career.

The event is slated for Tuesday 6th December, 2022 at exactly 1000GMT [10:00am local time] on the theme; Execellence in scientific knowledge, skills and professionalism in Pharmacy practice in the 21st century

The White Coat Ceremony marks the students' transition into the final year of the PharmD program and is designed to commemorate the transition from the classroom to the Pharmacy profession. This event is meant to reflect the responsibility, professionalism, and commitment expected of the pharmacy professionals.

After being transitioned into the professional field, pharmD students have 2 more years to learn both on the field and in the classroom before a degree is conferred on them on the day of graduation.
