Ghana’s Captain Andre Dede Ayew Wins an Award at The 2022 Calcio Trade Ball (CBT) Awards

André Morgan Rami Ayew is the second son of the legend Abedi Pele Ayew (three-time African Footballer of the Year and FIFA 100 member) and a brother to Jordan Ayew.

He plays for Ghana’s national football team as well as a winger for the Championship club, Swansea. The 32 years old currently plays as a winger for Qatar Stars League club Al Sadd.

Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew expressed so much pleasure after winning the Order of the Star award at the 2022 Calcio Trade Ball, held at the Kempinski Hotel on Sunday night in Accra.

According to kickgh, the Calcio Trade Ball is a football occasion and seminar organised by the Arthur Legacy Sports to honour the relationship between Ghana and Italy mainly in terms of football, trade and culture.

He is expected to captain the team for the global and biggest football competition which will be held at his base, Qatar in November this year.
