NTC Notice On the Licensure Examination Registration to The General Public-Read Full Statement

The National Teaching Council has come out with a clarification concerning the opening of the portal for Licensure Examination registration.

According to NTC, the purported media circulation which claims that it has opened its portal for registration of the Ghana teacher licensure examination is false and must be disregarded.

However, a statement published on the Official Facebook page of NTC and signed by Dennis Osei-Owusu PRO of NTC on 21st March 2022 read as follows;

"RE: Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination Registration Opened

NTC wishes to inform all prospective candidates of GTLE to ignore a publication in circulation about the opening of the portal for Licensure Examination registration.

The Date for Registration Will Be Duly Communicated.

The Education Ministry agency (NTC) responsible for licensing newly trained teachers has said it will on April 21 and April 22, 2022, conduct the 8th edition of the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE). With the above information, NTC wish to clarify that it has not opened its portal for another registration.”
