Accra being the Capital of Ghana with over 1.5 million residents is home to several businesses, a big growing economy and a big boom in the real estate market as the demand for housing and luxurious living keeps going up.

But, Michael Owusu Addo known professionally as Sarkodie, Ghanaian rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur from Tema has a different view about city life.

According to the outstanding Ghanaian rapper, his personal preference would be not to own an estate in the capital of Accra.

In an interview with "3Music", he explained his viewpoint by saying that; he has always got loved with the ‘countryside” the cool place and serene environment far away from home such as Axim and Aburi.

He stressed; “For some reason, I do want to have properties in Accra. I prefer Axim and places around Aburi. I like the environment and everything and I like a land that has not been cleared yet.”
