PAA KWASI BACKS POPE'S KADE HEALTH SCREENING PROGRAM

Paa Kwasi, a versatile highlife musician, went to support one of his former managers, Patrick Dankwa Asomaning alias Kwadwo Pope, who was part of the management team of the defunct duo Dobble at the time.

He celebrated his birthday on March 5th by organizing a health screening program for the residents of Kade.

Kwadwo Pope, a former manager, and a friend invited him to come and help raise awareness for the new, widespread disease known as "Lessa Fever," which was announced by the Ghana Health Service. They have recorded 14 cases and only one death so far, as well as the deadly coronavirus, so people will continue to follow the protocols.

Paa Kwasi, a musician who is also involved in human rights and climate change activism, is a dedicated Ghanaian who loves to see the country succeed.
He encourages the community to be conscious of their environment, keep it clean to avoid diseases, and also work together to bring hygiene to their community.

"Sickness does not knock on your door before it affects you, so I urge all of you to keep your houses and community clean to avoid any other diseases or illnesses and to bring sanity to your homes and the community; to do so, you all have to come together to achieve this goal," he said.
