Houseboy allegedly kills madam, absconds with her car

A garden/house boy has allegedly murdered his female employer, just two weeks after being employed, and has fled with her car in Ampayoo, Kumasi.

The 22-year-old man is reported to have solicited the help of a friend in carrying out this heinous act.

Reports indicate that he and his madam were the only individuals residing in her house.

According to social media influencer, Kweku Genelord, he received this distressing news along with ten accompanying images when the news broke.

On July 3, 2023, Kweku Genelord had posted an image of the young man identified as John Alister, who had earlier absconded with money entrusted to him while working as a mobile money (momo) vendor. Kweku Genelord explained that he had advertised the job on his platform, and John Alister had secured the position but disappeared with the money in under two weeks on the job.

The owner of the momo business, located in East Legon, has been actively searching for John Alister, who was reportedly hiding in Kumasi.
