A Nigerian police officer has been murdered by a group of assailants
A police inspector has been murdered in Onikan, Lagos, by a group of suspected ritualists.
According to the information we have, at around nine o'clock in the evening, the police inspector was attacked by cultists who are thought to be Black Axe confraternity members.
An eyewitness claimed that the officer was ambushed by about 20 cult members and repeatedly struck with axes to the head until he died.
