A groom-to-be died after being hit by a stray bullet during a celebration

A groom, identified as Adebowale Toromede, died after performing his engagement ceremony in Osun. The young man is believed to have been hit by a stray bullet in Moro Ife-North Local Government Area as he joined union members at Moro Junction to celebrate with the newly elected leaders.

During the celebration, the man, who was engaged to his pregnant wife and planning their wedding, and another person were suddenly hit by a stray bullet fired by an unknown person.

The celebration turned sad when this terrible incident happened. Although both were taken to hospital, Adebowale was confirmed dead on arrival.
