Woman Summons Her Husband In Court For Beating Her After She Denied Him Sex

Nomsa Tsunga, a 40-year-old Bulawo woman, has taken her husband to court for attempting to have sex with her while their children are present. The woman testified in court that her husband Rorisang Moyo was drunk when he attacked her at the moment.

Moyo beat him blue black for denying him sex that night after he forced himself to undress and attempted to have an intimate relationship with her. She resisted because the kids were awake, but he beat her.
