47-year-old White Woman Accused of Having Sex with a 14-Year-Old Boy Faces New Charges After She Continues to Exchange Nude Photos with Teen!
On Wednesday, more accusations involving the same 14-year-old child were brought against a Kettering woman who is suspected of having a sexual encounter with him throughout the summer.
The initial charges against 47-year-old Justina Faith McBride included two counts of sexual imposition and four counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
According to the Dayton Daily News, McBride will now be charged with violating a protection order while committing a felony, two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, pandering sexually explicit material involving a minor, violating a protection order while committing a felony, violating a protection order while committing a misdemeanor, and one count of violating a protection order while committing a misdemean.
According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, the boy's mother reported the claims after learning about them from a friend, which prompted the Kettering Police Department to launch an investigation.
According to an affidavit submitted in September to Kettering Municipal Court, McBride acknowledged having sexual contact with the teen "no more than five times" throughout the summer. According to documents, she was released on $50,000 bail along with electronic home monitoring and was allowed to work.
After McBride maintained contact and sent nude photos, new charges were brought.
However, the new allegations assert that McBride disobeyed a directive to keep away from the case's now-15-year-old kid.
"Justina McBride has been in almost daily contact with juvenile victim since mid-October," an affidavit filed last week in Kettering Municipal Court stated. "These contacts include in person contact and communicating via cellphone through Snapchat. These communications include the sharing of nude photos back [and] forth of both the suspect and juvenile victim."
According to court documents, the alleged child pornography offenses pertain to instances that took place between October 21 and December 30, 2022.
Since being detained by Kettering police at her residence on December 30, she has been detained in the Montgomery County Jail on a $100,000 bail. Following her second indictment, her bond has increased to $250,000, according to jail records.
