A Twitter gets responses on why the UK is importing teachers from 'Poor' African Countries!

A twitter user Wemimo Adewuni (@wemimospot) has been provided with answers with regards to a tweet she shared with the community which reads;

"One day, when we're ready, we'll discuss why the UK is planning to import teachers from 3rd World Countries. Have you asked that question? Where are their own teachers? Why are their teachers leaving teaching and moving to other careers? All that glitters isn't gold."

Some of the responses left under her tweet as as follows

1. The government is looking for a shortcut. A newly qualified teacher in the UK spent less than 5 years in the profession, then leaves.
The stress in teaching is crazy and the government don't want to increase their pay. That is why they are leaving after a few years in the job. (by @Mikkymajor)

2. British teachers are leaving enmass for the middle east & south east Asia. Kids there are more disciplined & the pay is unbelievably good. (@nytade)

3. Are their teachers actually moving to other careers? To the of my knowledge, UK has manpower resource issues - from Cyber security to Project mangers, to heath care workers (@aikmamah)
