ADUANABA DJ SAMMY BEE Wins Gospel DJ of Year at MOGA Awards 2023

Ghanaian promoter / disc jocker Mr.Aduanaba Sampson Kwabena barima Asamoah popularly known as ADUANABA DJ sammy bee has won the gospel DJ of the year at the 3rd edition of Modern Gospel Award 23 which in Accra .

The CEO of Sammy bee Rentals and currently a dj and presenter at Akyem Afosu based radio station Ananse 104.9 FM beat over 4 DJs in his category to win this award.

Speaking to the Former DJ of Solid FM ,Sammy bee told FOKA TV that "this is my first award in 2023 and I'm happy I won it ,

The 3rd edition of Modern Gospel Award came off on 19th August 2023 at the national theater of Ghana .
The organizers of MOGA awards who promised some much ahead of the event surprised everyone including the winners and the special guest of honors.

Saturday 19th August was a historical day in Ghana's gospel music history because of the number of Ghanaian youth that attended the most anticipated Awards night "MOGA awards 23" at national theater.

Modern Gospel Award 23 which was slated for last Saturday came off with so many surprises and excitement, the program started with a red carpet hosted by Debbielyn Jackson the General Manager of FOKA TV and Serwaa Akoto,and the main event was hosted by Abeiku the morning show host on property tv.
Also Popular Ghanaian gospel musicians such as NACEE, EMPRESS GIFTY MABLE OKYERE, Scott Evans ,Georgia Adjei and many others were honored.


At the program Hon. Hopeson Adorye a member of the NPP was present to receive an honory award on behalf of his wife , he charged the Ghanaian media to support Ghanaian musicians with or without money as they keep doing for the Nigerians .

Dr. Maulana Maulana the key note speaker for the program said "The African of the diaspora must be mashed in with the indigenous Africans on the continent and Ghana is the new Jerusalem because Ghana is in the center of the earth,"

We as African people have been europeanize so what we have to do is to De-europeanize and bring back Africanization, Ghanaians have to Ghana-nized our mind ,body ,soul , spirit and our natural resources.

After Dr.Maulana's speech ,H.E Fidelia Graan-Galon the Suriname Ambassador to Ghana also took the opportunity to sell Suriname to the Ghanaian youth at the program,

The emotional moment of the program was when the CEO Nana Amo Baffour was invited on stage alongside his mother for a recognition.

Modern Gospel Award 23 was very successful despite the program starting late .
