Saddick Adams questions why Gov't projects are always excessively high on Budget!

Saddick Adams' tweet reads:

We all agree public infrastructure projects here are always at a high cost.

Government can quote $200m for a project that an individual or similar project elsewhere can be completed with $50m.

Don’t know if there are particular materials exclusively used for public projects.
