VIC MENSA - The American Rapper & Singer cuts ties with 2018 VIC!
On Vic Mensa's official instagram page, he writes - "i am no longer associated with any of his beefs, controversies, haircuts or stylistic decisions 😂 please respect me and my family at this time we are no longer responsible we've done all we can do 😭❤️🔥".
Victor Kwesi Mensah, known professionally as Vic Mensa, is an American rapper and singer. He was a member of the group Kids These Days, which broke up in May 2013, after which he released his debut solo mixtape Innanetape. He is currently signed to Roc Nation.
Mensa founded the hip-hop group Savemoney, which regularly collaborates with Chance the Rapper. Additionally, he is the creator of the SavemoneySavelife organization, whose goal is to use the arts and entertainment to promote long-lasting change. This foundation supports three programs in Chicago that combine the arts and health. Down on My Luck, Mensa's debut single, was made available in June 2014 by Virgin EMI. The Autobiography, his first studio album, was released in July 2017.
Mensa has argued strongly against gun violence. Mensa's career has been met with disdain from mainstream audiences despite an early strong cult following.
