Daniel Kwasi Avoke was a Ghanaian politician and a member of the National Alliance of Liberals. He was a member of the first parliament of the second republic of Ghana representing the East Dayi Constituency.
He was born on 1 December 1933 in the Volta Region of Ghana. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Ghana, Legon, and a product of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
In 1969 prior to the commencement of the 1969 Ghanaian parliamentary election, he was the parliamentary candidate for the National Liberals Alliance to represent the East Dayi constituency.
Daniel Kwasi Avoke assumed office on 1 October 1969 and worked in this capacity till the overthrow of the Busia government on 13 January 1972.
