Eugene Arhin is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the New Patriotic Party. He is the Director of Communications for the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He attended the Presbyterian Boys' Secondary School and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering in 2006 from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

For his national service, he was a teaching assistant at the Department of Materials Engineering and also worked at the Danquah Institute as a research analyst. He also served as a secretary to President Nana Akufo-Addo.

Eugene Arhin was appointed in 2017 as the Director of Communications at the Flagstaff House by President Nana Akufo-Addo.
