Eugene Boakye Antwi is a Ghanaian politician and member of the New Patriotic Party. He is also a member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Subin Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He was born on May 7 1980 in Baman, Kwabre in the Ashanti region of Ghana. He obtained a PGDIP in Market Research, a B. A Hons in Business Administration from the University of Westminster as well as an HND.

Between 1999-2002, he was a banker at the Barclays Bank now Absa Bank Ghana, the Administrator of Lord Chancellors Department from 2002-2006, and the Director of EUGASS Limited from 2006-2016.
