Gen. Francis Adu Amanfoh is Ghanaian army personnel and diplomat. He was appointed in February 2009 as Ghana's ambassador to Liberia till March 2009 by John Agyekum Kufour.

He attended Prempeh College for his GCE Advanced level certificate. He was appointed Head of Defence Intelligence in the Ghana Armed Forces in May 2005.

He, in 2008 for two billion cedis sued the Ghana Palaver for defamation after the paper wrote stories suggesting that he is a liar.

In July 2017, he was made Ghana's ambassador to Mali by President Nana Akuffo-Addo.
