Gifty Ayew Asare is a Ghanaian footballer. She plays for the Ghana national women's team. Gifty was started to play for the Ghana national women's team after she scored 27 goals in 19 matches for Northern Oklahoma College's Lady Maverick F.C Soccer Team.

Gifty Ayew Asare was also the first professional footballer to take part in the Miss Ghana USA.

She was born in Accra Ghana and attended the Assin Manso Senior High School, proceeded to the Asuanse Technical Institute, and then the Blessed Tutorial College. She also attended the Northern Oklahoma College studying Health, Physical Education, and Recreation.

Gifty Ayew Asare started playing for the PSK Soccer Queens Academy in Komenda. From 2011 to 2013 she joined the Bafana Ladies/Sealions FC and moved to Samaria Ladies in Lapaz, Accra. In the Ghana Women's Premier League in the 2014/2015 season, she joined and played for the Blessed Ladies FC.

She gained a scholarship in 2016 to study at the Northern Oklahoma College. She played for Lady Maverick F.C the school's women's soccer team and won the Most Valuable Player Award in 2017. She was also shortlisted for the All-American Third Team in their 2017 NJCAA Division One Women's League.

In 2017, she played in the U17 World Cup hosted in Costa Rica and was called up by the then Black Queens' coach Dramani Mas-Ud Didi in his 28-member provisional squad for camping ahead of an international friendly against France on October 23 in Paris.
