Justice Joe Appiah is a Ghanaian politician. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and a member of the Sixth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ablekuma North Constituency in the Greater Accra Region.

He was born on December 21, 1959, in Akim Oda, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana. He obtained a Diploma in Network Engineering, from Net Africa Ghana in 2007. In 2008, he received a certificate in Administration and Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

In the 2015 Parliamentary primaries, Justice Joe Appiah lost to ana Akua Owusu Afriyie who became the MP for Ablekuma North from 2017 to 2021.
