Johnson Kwaku Adu is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ahafo Ano South West Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.

He obtained a Cert A from Akrokerri College of Education, a diploma, and a B.ed for the University of Ghana.

Johnson Kwaku Adu was a class teacher from 1995 to 1997 and a form master tutor from 2001 to 2002 at the Ghana Education Service.

He was also the district coordinator for NADMO from 2002 to 2009 and a circuit supervisor for the Ghana Education Service from 2009 to 2012.
