Kathleen Addy is the Deputy Commissioner of the National Commission for Civic Education since 2017. She is a Ghanaian activist with special interests in human rights and governance.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Ghana School of Communications Studies.
She was appointed as Deputy Chairperson in Charge of Finance and Administration at the National Commission For Civic Education by President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana in 2017.
Kathleen Addy was the Afrobarometer Communications Manager a the Center for Democratic Development and has worked with other civil society organizations in Ghana. She was also a Research and Communications Officer at the Center for Policy Analysis focusing on Women's Economic Empowerment and Economic Partnership agreements.
Through international trade, Kathleen Adyy has worked on projects in domestic violence, gender, and economic development as well as economic development.
