Kingsley Abayie was a Ghanaian politician. He was a member of the 1st Parliament of the 2nd Republic of Ghana and a former Member of Parliament for the Sekyere Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

On August 29th, 1969, he was elected Member of Parliament for the Sekyere Constituency on the ticket of the Progress Party. He was able to pull 6369 votes against Paul Kwame Boateng of the National Alliance of Liberals who had 885 votes.

He was then sworn into office on 1st October 1969 as the Member of Parliament for the Sekyere Constituency. His term of office lasted from 1969 to 1972.
