Martha Ankomah is a Ghanaian actress, brand ambassador, and entrepreneur.
She was born to a single mother in Accra Ghana. She attended the Adabraka Presbyterian Junior High School, Labone Senior High School, and Jayee University College.
She started acting in 1994 entering a competition, Next Movie Star, where she placed third in the 2007 edition of the reality show.
Martha Ankomah stated in an interview in 2016 on Hitz FM that she would only consider playing roles that are morally just and that would leave a positive impact on society.
She has been questioned by some movie stakeholders for questioning the superficial narrative of Ghanaian films in 2017.
She signed an endorsement with Vitamilk Viora in 2014.
