Paulina Patience Tangoba Abayage is a teacher by profession, a Ghanaian diplomat, and a member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana. She is the current Upper East Regional Minister.

She was appointed by President Nana Akuffo-Addo, Ambassador to Italy in July 2017 and later became the Upper East Regional Minister.
