Menz Gold Does Not Belong To Nam 1, Discontinue The Case Against Him-Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has waded into the NaM1 Menz Gold brouhaha and this time around, the legal practitioner has emphatically cautioned Ghanaians that Menz Gold is not the bonified property of Nana Appiah Mensah known as NAM 1.

Lawyer Ampaw is worried and the reason being that the aggrieved Menz Gold customers sent NAM 1 to EOCO, Ghana Police and labelled a fraudster, embarked on demonstration and turned everything into politics. To Lawyer Ampaw, the customers of Menz Gold took the wrong steps and that's why others died and he is entreating the Attorney General to discontinue the case against NAM 1.

Nana Appiah Mensah had his enterprise criminalized whiles his life was threatened his life and reputation whiles his enterprise was frustrated by government policies. Can a criminal send the government to court? He questioned. Lawyer Ampaw praised Nam 1 for making an effort by outlaying Ghc5Million to the Ghana Police to pay the customers. He is fighting the system to restore hope to Menz Gold customers.
