Yoghurt: When you eat yoghurt on an empty stomach, your stomach acid destroys the beneficial bacteria, rendering them useless.

Another unhealthy breakfast is anything oily and greasy, like bacon, fried eggs and so on.

Flavoured yoghurts are loaded with sugar and sweeteners.

Eating oily food in the morning can have a harmful effect on your body, especially in summer.

Sugary food items should be avoided in the morning. High-sugar diets cause your stomach to become overloaded with fructose
