The National Chief Imam Sheikh(Dr) Usman Nuhu Sharubutu has received gifts of dates palm and copies of the Holy Qur'an from Acting Charge d' Affaires Saed Al- Bakr of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Embassy in Accra.

When he paid the National Chief Imam a courtesy visit last Thursday at his home in the Accra suburb of Fadama, he delivered the presentation.

The National Chief Imam received congratulations from King Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz and Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman as Mr. Al-Bakr presented the gifts on behalf of the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Saudi government and Ghana.

The National Chief Imam thanked the Saudi government for the thoughtful act and noted that his office and the KSA had a strong relationship.

Sheikh Sharubutu prayed to Allah, requesting his unending blessings for the ongoing goodwill between the Ghanaian government, its citizens, and Saudi Arabia.

Sheikh Yahya Tuntuba, a representative of the Embassy, accompanied the Charge d' Affaires.
