Black Starlets and Saudi Arabia U-17 play to a 4-4 draw in a friendly contest

The striker scored his second goal of the match in the 18th minute, followed by Nawaf Al-Jadaani's third goal in the 20th minute for Green under-17s.

In the 29th minute, Nawaf Al-Bashiri scored Saudi Arabia's fourth goal to complete his hat-trick.

Before halftime, the Black Starlets were able to reduce the deficit to 4-1.

Ghana scored three goals in the second half to restore parity after coach Karim Zito made a few substitutions following the intermission.



Peter Hammond scored two goals, while Ramzy Asumadu and Debrah Bossman also found the back of the net for the Black Starlets.

Peter Hammond was subsequently shown a red card, and the Black Starlets finished the match with ten players.

On Sunday, April 30, 2023, the Black Starlets defeated Saudi Arabia by a score of 3-2.

Benjamin Tsivano, Debrah Bossman, and Peter Hammond were among the Black Starlets' main players missing from the opening minutes of the match.
