Family members allege that the police inspector who shot Maa Adwoa took her to a mosque for 'For Girls'

The officer who was arrested for murdering his girlfriend Victoria Dapaah, alias Maa Adwoa, in Adum, Kumasi, was accused of witchcraft by the victim's family.

Inspector Ahmed Twumasi, alias Police Tycoon, revealed during his initial court appearance that Maa Adwoa owed him GH5,000 and that he shot her in an attempt to retrieve the money.

He acknowledged firing six shots at close range, but claimed he had no intention of killing her.

Nonetheless, some family members have refuted Inspector Twumasi's claims that Maa Adwoa owed him money.

Close relatives of Maa Adwoa claimed in an exclusive interview with GHPage that her relationship with the officer was sexual and that he paid for everything he spent on her through intercourse.

In addition, they implied that Inspector Twumasi hypnotized Maa Adwoa into falling in love with him despite the fact that he is already married, and that after the enchantment was broken, she came to her senses and decided to end the relationship.

They believe the police officer shot and killed Maa Adwoa because he was angry and envious that another man would pursue her.

The Ashanti Regional Command of the Ghana Police Service donated water to the Maa Adwoa family during a visit to their home.

An uncle of the deceased told Akosua of Ghpage TV in an exclusive interview that the regional police superintendent visited their home during the week-long observance.

In addition, he mentioned that they subsequently donated 20 cases of mineral water to the family, requesting that it be used to serve guests who pay them condolence visits following the death of their daughter.

The uncle went on to say that the police added something else to the water, but he does not wish to share what it was with the public. All he can say is that the police have done an excellent job.
