How To Make Plantain Fufu

Recipe

2 Fingers unripe plantains, peeled and cut up into cubes

3/4 cup of warm water

PROCEDURE

Put plantain cubes in the jar of the blender

Pour in the water and blend till it’s smooth

Transfer to a non-sticky pot or pan and start stirring with a wooden spoon on medium low heat.

Stir continuously until it comes together (This takes about 5 minutes).

Serve immediately with any soup of your choice or wrap in a cling film and serve a minute later after a beautiful ball of plantain swallow is formed.
