I will start a door-to-door campaign for John Mahama - Central Regional Chairman

3rd March 2023

As H.E John Dramani Mahama launched his campaign earlier on Thursday, March 2, 2023, in Ho in anticipation of winning the NDC Presidential primaries and subsequently winning the 2024 general election, the Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Hon. Prof. Richard Kofi Asiedu asserted his full support for the former President.

According to him, his 99.9% endorsement of the former President will be backed with a door-to-door campaign for John Mahama.

He also mentioned that “his door-to-door campaign for John Mahama will be the largest and most effective in Ghana’s history.

“The campaign ought to touch every soul, heal every wound, restore dignity and bring forth trust going into the 2024 elections”

He also entreats all party members across the various branches and constituencies to spread John Mahama’s message across the country.

Mr. Mahama on Thursday, 2nd March 2024, launched his campaign for the NDC flagbearer race as well as the 2024 general elections

The campaign launch was dubbed “Building the Ghana we want ”

“Your good works as former president won’t be in vain! Ghanaians shall reward you on Dec 7 to come back and finish the good works you started”, the Central regional chairman stressed

He, therefore, admonished all delegates to throw their support for John Mahama as he endorsed and declared 99.9% support for the former President.

The National Democratic Congress will go to the polls on May 13 to elect Parliamentary and Presidential candidates for the 2024 general elections.

Former President John Mahama will compete with former KMA boss Kojo Bonsu, former Finance minister, Dr. Kwabena Duffour and Ernest Kobeah.
