Kenneth Okonkwo explains why PO will become the next president regardless of what the APC does.

Kenneth Okonkwo, a Nigerian actor, lawyer, and member of the Labour Party's presidential campaign council, explained in an interview with News Central TV why the Labour Party's presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, will be the next president of Nigeria regardless of what the All Progressive Congress (APC) does.

According to Section 134 of the constitution, if a candidate does not receive 25 percent of the vote in the federal capital territory FCT, he or she should not be proclaimed the winner. This provision is very explicit, he said.

According to him, by the grace of God, the Labour Party's presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, will be the next president of Nigeria if justice prevails at the Tribunal and the court of justice lives up to its name.
