Former Ghana midfielder, Kwadwo Asamoah, visited the family house of the late Black Stars player Christian Atsu, who passed away recently.
Asamoah’s visit happened on Thursday, February 23, as he joined other Black Stars players to mourn the deceased player.
Asamoah, a former Juventus player, described Atsu as a very good person who respected everyone he encountered.
Speaking to journalists present, he only had kind words to say about the late player. However, during the interview, Asamoah broke down into tears and had to excuse himself at a very sad moment.
The death of Christian Atsu has shocked many in the Ghanaian football fraternity, with several players paying their respects to his family since the confirmation of his death.
Among the players who have visited the family house of the late Black Stars player include Asamoah Gyan, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Sulley Muntari, and several others.
