Marry Her Or Be Jailed For 10 Years - Court Orders Man

Edwin Sakala was given a ten-year prison sentence by a Zambian court for having a sexual relationship with a mentally disabled woman four years prior.

Residents in Masala, Zambia, exposed Edwin for having a sexual relationship with a mentally ill woman, leading to his imprisonment in March 2019.

According to eyewitness accounts, the male, who was 29 at the time, would to pull the woman into his apartment every night so they could have sex before bringing her out in the early morning.

The man has been pulling her into his apartment late at night and bringing her out in the morning, a source told the Zambian Eagle.

Once his suspected neighbors began to pay closer attention to his movements and eventually caught him in the act, Edwin met his Waterloo.

After four years of the case dragging on, a judge found him guilty and sentenced the man, who had been charged by the Masala police. Yet, the inmate was offered the choice to marry the mentally disabled woman.
