Meet the Oldest Man in the World, who is still able to walk by himself at the age of 160.

He is frequently referred to as the oldest man alive because of his age, which is somewhere between 160 and 170. He can still move around on his own, talk to himself in private, and deliver lengthy, intricate tales that the entire room can hear. But what even makes it imaginable? How was it possible for someone to live so long and be in such good health? He finally raises his voice and reveals the key to longevity, vigor, and health to everyone.

He was introduced to the woman of his dreams when he was young, and they have been together ever since. Only death may now separate them after more than a century of marriage.

Michael doesn't know what year he was born because birth years weren't kept track of back then. ID cards had never before been available for purchase. When one came along, knowing the precise month and year of his birth took over as their top concern. Before his nation was colonized, that had occurred. He was one of the oldest people still living and the only one his age who could read and write.

But because of his strength, he can stand up and even sit down by himself. He was allowed to have four women and twelve kids because polygamy was accepted at the time in his society. Sadly, a handful of his children died when they were still fairly young. He contends that the world has changed drastically since he was a child because jobs didn't exist when he was growing up. Everyone was involved in farming, animal husbandry, or agriculture because there was no such thing as money and all trading was conducted through barter.

He asserts that he would have preferred to have lived in the past when people survived by hunting, fishing, and scavenging for food in the forests, despite the fact that civilization has become increasingly dependent on technological developments.

Nevertheless, Europeans then colonized his homeland, resulting in the aforementioned alteration in the status quo. He worked for them when they gave him access to resources and a job opportunity, collecting stones and other rocks for them. That was his first job, and he had just begun working. I quit that job and started looking for a new one.

Everyone was able to find employment doing what they like thanks to the thriving economy. Today, many people must work in jobs they loathe in order to make ends meet, but this wasn't always the case. He claims that back then, when Bukov City was still being created, it didn't have the massive structures, cars, and other contemporary amenities that it does today, so it appeared extremely different. In all honesty, it was just your standard rural community.

One of the numerous things he can recall is that the early white immigrants were so vicious that they engaged in battle with kings and kingdoms, ultimately leading to the demise of King Kabulungu. She is one of the few people who knows the grandfather as well as she does. They met for the first time many years ago. After he visited her family and paid the bride money, they moved in together. They have been living together and joyfully sharing whatever they have. They lost their firstborn and the next three children together. They'll keep sharing the unwavering love they felt on their first date. When things got tough, they helped each other out and worked together.

They have one of the longest relationships in the area between them, having been a family for almost a century. About 110 people, including his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren, can be regarded as his descendants. Nobody is certain, although he may be rather ancient. However, based on the lies he tells himself, he is probably no older than 136 years old. His third child, who is now a ripe old age of 81, is still with us. His first child went away when he was 96 years old, his second when he was 81 years old. He advances the idea that people lived longer in the days before commercial food processing because they had healthier diets.

There has also been an increase in the usage of drugs that are known to result in agonizing, protracted deaths. He is reputed to be in his late 90s and stronger and smarter than most men his age. At one point, it was estimated that Grandpa would live to be about 150 years old. If that's the case, he might live to reach 160 or 170 years old.
