No relationship Ini Edo discloses her business dealings with Wade.

The Nollywood actress Ini Edo has clarified her relationship with Josh Wade.

Recently, the alleged fraudster was apprehended in Liberia after escaping Nigeria after uploading Empress Njamah's explicit photos to social media.

The Wade-Njamah saga caused a social media frenzy in January after the actress's naked photo was made public. Njamah subsequently claimed that she had been mentally and physically abused by Wade.

She stated that she and the Liberian began dating when she was at her most vulnerable after the demise of her close friend Ada Ameh. The actress claimed that Wade exploited her and held her captive in her own home until she mustered the fortitude to escape.

Wade escaped Nigeria before being apprehended over the weekend. Following his detention, numerous revelations have circulated; the Liberian police disclosed that he has abused and defrauded over 20 women.

Additionally, Ini Edo's passport was discovered in his possession, and a video of her having a video call with Wade was made public, sparking rumors of a relationship between the two.

However, the Nollywood actress has disclosed that Wade posed as a film producer and asked her to appear in a new film.

"As soon as I switch on my phone, I am inundated with accusations. Why are people dragging me into a web of lies? I have no idea.Someone texted me from a foreign number in August/September/November of last year. When I asked how he got my number, he said a coworker gave it to him, " said Ini Edo.
