Odumase Basic School Closed Due to Fight Between Students And Teachers

Following the punishment of a JHS 3 student, Odumase Basic School was closed.

According to the report that arrived on our desk via Adom TV, Odumase Basic School, which is located in the Bono Region's Sunyani West District, is no longer operational. In order for calm to reign in the school and its surroundings, the school management decided to close the school.

A final-year student (JHS 3 kids) at Odumase Basic School allegedly received a beating from one of the professors. After canning the final-year student, the student came to the school to assault the teacher and his coworkers along with some of the town's adolescents. The problem grew worse, leaving the administration with little choice except to close the school.

The electoral district's district chief executive speaks, pleading for calm to return so that pupils can return to their classes. The victim's offense was missing class, for which the offending teacher decided to penalize him, which caused the whole situation.
