PERFECT GIGANTIC MONEY-LAUNDERING SCANDAL AT TRADE SHOW: Is Akufo-Addo unlawfully constructing on the Parliament's blind side?

Prior to execution, all international agreements must be submitted to the Parliament for approval.

Following the National Cathedral Scandal, the majority of Ghanaians anticipate that President Akufo-Addo will be more circumspect.

Specifically at a time when Ghanaians, including Trade Unions, are demanding accountability for all State Funds used during the economic crisis in Ghana.

Least of all amidst the multitude of scandals and allegations of Corruption-plus-Galamsey that have rocked the President, the Presidency, and the President's family and associates...

At the Trade exhibition, President Akufo-Addo and McDan allegedly began construction on Gabby's Pet Dream Project.

The controversial structure was designed by the controversial Gay-LGBTQI advocate David Adjaye and paid for by the controversial Ken Ofori-Atta via his controversial appointee Dr. Agnes Adu without regard to Parliament and the requirement for prior Parliamentary approval for all international or foreign agreements...

Where will the funds for the Redevelopment of the Trade exhibition come from?

Stellar Holding Pte Ltd of Singapore is anticipated to pay $1 billion for 65 acres out of 140 acres of Trade fair Redevelopment Project Land, per an international agreement signed in Dubai in the presence of President Akufo-Addo.

The agreement's scope leaves 75 acres of prime land unaccounted for.

Where are the seventy-five acres of primo La Stool Land?

The signed Board Minutes of the Trade fair Company in the possession of Parliament, the Office of the President, the Ministry of Trade, and the Special Prosecutor detail how 50 acres of the Trade fair Redevelopment Project Land were to be unlawfully stolen through COCOBOD.

THE SIGNED BOARD MINUTES CONFIRM HOW DAVID ADJAYE WAS CHOSEN AS THE ARCHITECT AND PAID IN ADVANCE...

In addition, the signed Board minutes make specific reference to a meeting between the Architect and the CEOs of COCOBOD and the Trade fair Company to allocate Trade fair Redevelopment land to COCOBOD and accept unsolicited proposals from crony companies.

The CEO of the Trade fair Company admitted that he did not have title to the Trade fair land, but he paid GHc10,000 to have some criminally-minded officials of the Lands Commission give them title, unilaterally extending the expired lease by 99 years and fraudulently altering the Executive Instrument used for the Trade fair Acquisition and removing protection clauses.

The Trade fair compensation is exceptional, but that is the least of the government's problems...

Akufo-Addo Prempeh & Co, the private law firm of President Akufo-Addo, sent a letter to the Akufo-Addo government through the then-Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen, warning of Judgement Debt as a consequence of the government's handling of the Trade fair Redevelopment Project.

After an international competitive tender supervised by PriceWaterhouseCoopers as Transactions Advisors for the Government of Ghana, the Government of Ghana, through then Trade Minister Ekow Spio Garbrah, signed an agreement with a wholly Ghanaian company, THE REROY GROUP, for the Redevelopment of the entire Trade fair.

In the signed Board Minutes, the CEO of the Trade fair Company is quoted as not recognizing the Trade Ministry, but rather the Finance Minister who appointed her under the instruction of the President, as stated in her appointment letter.

Alan Kyerematen and Ken Ofori-Atta committed perjury and evaded oversight responsibility for the Trade fair Company and the Trade fair Redevelopment Project, as revealed by the 2021 parliamentary investigation.

Alan Kyerematen ironically presided over a Cabinet Committee that sat on the Tradefair Redevelopment Project and was apprised of all the facts by all stakeholders, including the CEO of the Trade fair Company...

THE ALAN KYEREMATEN TRADE FAIR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT REPORT WILL SUPERCEDE THE PROFESSOR FRIMPONG-BOATEGH GALAMSEE REPORT...

Interestingly, Gabby's involvement in the Trade fair Redevelopment Project is also mentioned.

FULL DISCLOSURE IS REQUIRED.

The Tradefair Redevelopment Project Land cannot endure the same destiny as the Cantonments Civil Aviation Landgrab or the Cathedral Debacle.

As proposed by the REROY GROUP, the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat should have been located at the Tradefair Site with a convention center.

After four (4) years, where is Alan Kyeremanteng's report on the Cabinet Committee on the Trade fair Redevelopment Project?

Unfortunately, the much-touted Marine Drive Project, which was also awarded exclusively to the same controversial gay-LGBTQI advocate David Adjaye, is a hoax; it consists of thousands of acres of walled-off prime seafront land, but no construction work is currently ongoing...

Prior to the 2020 elections, the Trade fair and the La General Hospital were demolished with the promise of immediate reconstruction, but excuse after excuse has led to monumental controversies.

Money Laundering is widespread in the land sector, which is beset by Landguardism and a growing military presence in land disputes.

Through fraudulent land transactions and the allocation of State Lands, the proceeds of graft and embezzlement are laundered.

Dirty money is kept outside the banking system to avoid suspicion and detection or paper trail, but it is heavily invested in prime Lands and Landed property in prime areas such as Airport, Legon, Cantonments, Trade fair, and Labone; all belonging to the LA STOOL, which is then shortchanged by state actors in collusion with some unscrupulous individuals.

TO FOLLOW THE MONEY; TO CATCH THE THEFTERS, FOLLOW THE PREMIUM LANDS.

In the coming days, let's see what Parliament, the Presidency, the Office of the Special Prosecutor, and CHRAJ have to say about the Trade fair Redevelopment Project...
