People Living With HIV Must Know These. To Boost Their CD4

Proteins, vitamins, and minerals that aid in fighting off illnesses like the flu should be incorporated into people's diets. And healthy eating is especially important for those with HIV.

Eating starchy foods can help you feel more energized and maintain a healthy weight.

Veggies like potatoes and sweet potatoes

Rice

Pasta

Choose more roughage (fiber) from these starchy foods, such as brown rice, whole-wheat pasta, or whole-wheat bread, for the best results.

You need to improve your intake of healthy produce:

Carrots and broccoli

Veggies and a pumpkin

Butter with spinach.

You need to consume them because of the vitamins and minerals they contain, which aid in the battle against illness.

In the summer, you should eat more salads, such as those made with grated carrots and pineapple as well as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peas, and corn.

Eggs, fish, lean meat, and poultry without skin should be eaten on a daily basis as well. These are the high-protein options that promote robust muscular health.

The best possible response from your body to your medicines is that you abstain from junk food, alcohol, and carbonated drinks. If it's 7 o'clock and you're supposed to take your medication, then you better take it at 7 o'clock every day.
