Student of law discovered dead at her hostel

A law student from level 300 at the University of Cape Coast was discovered dead in her dorm room.

According to reports, Elizabeth passed away on April 20, 2023, a Thursday.

In a statement dated April 21, 2023 and signed by the Dean, the Faculty of Law broke the terrible news.

"It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of Elizabeth Boateng, a Level 300 student and your peer. On April 20, 2023, we received word that she had died in her hostel, according to the statement.

"It's obvious that the Faculty of Law is going through a difficult time right now. Any students who are impacted can receive counseling. If you need such assistance, please get in touch with the Dean of Students' Office, who can point you in the direction of the appropriate counselor.
